Providing home visiting services to hospital patients

O.T.WEST is contracted to provide a home visiting Occupational Therapy service to St John of God Subiaco Hospital patients following surgery or illness. The Therapists’ role includes assessing your ability to function in your home and advising on modifications or equipment to maximize safety and function. If you are not referred by the Hospital for a home visit you can contact O.T.WEST to organise this on a fee-for-service basis.

O.T.WEST can also conduct a home visit prior to your admission to hospital to prepare the home environment for your post hospital recovery. This is provided on a fee-for-service basis.
