O.T.WEST offers therapy services for all ages
We provide occupational therapy assessment and rehabilitation services to adults in your own home to best meet your needs.
We also provide Telehealth (phone or video) appointments if required. If you live rural or remote please contact us to discuss service options.

With a GP referral we can assist Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) clients. We assist DVA clients with equipment prescription, home modifications and rehabilitation and see DVA clients throughout Perth metropolitan area.
With a referral we are able to provide Occupational Therapy for people with Support at Home Packages.
O.T.WEST has a contract with St John of God Subiaco and Murdoch to provide their home visiting service by referral.
Home Assessment & Modifications

O.T.WEST has extensive experience in providing home assessment and modification services. If the client is in hospital, a home assessment can still be done prior to discharge.
